RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Purchases on BRÖÖ.com

Thanks again for buying our products on BROO.com We’re a small, family-owned outfit, and your purchase means a lot. We want you to be happy with anything you buy from us. If you feel the product you purchased doesn’t perform to your liking, please let us know. We are happy to issue you a refund of the purchase price (minus any shipping, handling or other service fees). Just send us back the unused portion of the product within 30 days of your purchase date.

Sorry, we can’t receive returns for BRÖÖ products that you purchased online anywhere other than BRÖÖ.com. We will refund a credit to the original credit card used for payment.
To return items you purchased on BRÖÖ.com, just follow the steps below:

1. Shoot us an email at customersupport@broo.com with your order number, your name, your mailing address, the items you wish to return, and a brief explanation of what’s wrong.

2. Once you hear back from our team, pack and seal the thing(s) you’re returning securely, so they won’t get damaged in shipping. 3. Ship the item to us, using UPS, Fedex, United States Post Office, or DHL, to the following address:

Once we receive your return, we’ll email a confirmation that we got it. Please give us 2 to 3 weeks to process your refund. Sorry, we’re a small team! Just a reminder, we can’t refund the shipping charges of shipping the original product to you, or you sending it back for a refund.

Purchases on Amazon.com

If you bought BRÖÖ from us, on Amazon, we’re happy to take care of your refund, but it has to go through Amazon, not here. Also, we want you to know that there are people who go to stores and buy our product to resell on Amazon. We can’t stop Amazon from allowing them to do that. So, please make sure you only buy BRÖÖ from us, over on Amazon. We can’t guarantee any sale of our products on Amazon, unless we sold the items. You can tell, because it will say “sold by BRÖÖ.” We own the brand registry for BRÖÖ on Amazon.

Purchases on other online e-tailers

If you bought BRÖÖ online, on a website other than BRÖÖ.com, please contact that website regarding their return policy. We are only able to issue refunds for purchases on BRÖÖ.com

Purchases in Brick and Mortar Stores

If you bought BRÖÖ in a retailer that sells our products, and are unhappy with your purchase, please return the item to the store directly. We try to work with retailers that offer full refunds/exchanges, but you will need to follow their policies.
