As with any product that is causing discomfort or irritation, stop using the product immediately. If the reaction gets worse, seek medical attention.
Do you test on animals?
BRÖÖ does not test its products on animals nor do we ask others to do so on our behalf. You’ll see the PETA Bunny seal on our packaging to reinforce our commitment. Please know we are absolutely committed to our no animal testing policy. Click here to learn more!
Where can I find Ingredients listed on your website?
Product details are included on each product page. Sometimes the ingredient list found on a product may be different than the website when a recent change in the formula has occurred. The ingredient list on a physical product will always be reflective of the formula in the package. Are BRÖÖ products safe to use during pregnancy?
Any concerns regarding personal care products should be discussed with your health care provider.
Is BRÖÖ packaging recyclable?
Using sensible and minimal packaging made with recyclable materials is very important to BRÖÖ. For BRÖÖ brand plastic containers, please refer to the recycle symbol and handle accordingly.
Why does my favorite product look different?
A major refresh of the BRÖÖ brand will occur in 2019. Certain products had formula upgrades to make them even more efficacious, while some had only packaging and/or label enhancements.

First, it is recommended that you check the BRÖÖ store locator. If the product is not available in your area, you can purchase directly from our website! You can also find us on our BRÖÖ Amazon store. If you don’t see it offered, it is possible that it is temporarily out of stock or discontinued.

Why did BRÖÖ stop making my favorite product?
From time to time a product is discontinued because its sales are no longer meeting company thresholds. Products are only discontinued after careful review and discussion. Most customers can find a suitable replacement among the brand’s wide range of active products.
I want to try BRÖÖ before purchasing. Do you offer samples?
No, we do not. We do not regularly offer coupons for retail purchase or free samples because our products are salon quality made with premium ingredients and are fairly priced. We are already priced well below that of our competitors.
